PROJECT MANAGER
As Project Manager, Arty acts as a liaison between project superintendents, clients, designers, and architects. He is an expert in logistics coordination, material management, and product research, aiming to deliver excellent customer service and ensure high-quality craftsmanship. His in-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Planswift, FastTrack Scheduler, and Buildertrend ensures all projects stay on budget and schedule.

PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Michael plays a crucial role in overseeing site operations for Team Ultimo. He enjoys collaborating with designers and clients to guarantee that all preparations are complete before they move into their new residence. His commitment to implementing and enforcing strict adherence to OSHA standards and safety protocols ensures a safe, efficient job site. Michael supervises the subcontractors and vendors while regularly conducting site inspections and quality control checks to maintain Team Ultimo's high standards.

Before joining the team, Steve spent over two decades as a subcontractor for Ultimo Development. With over 40 years of experience, he possesses extensive expertise in the construction industry, particularly in doors, windows, and hardware. A lifelong resident of California, Steve aims for excellence and doesn’t shy away from hands-on work. He prioritizes maintaining an organized and effective job site, keeping the workforce on his job site to a minimum. His dedication to hard work drives him to meet project timelines consistently.
EDUARDO CAMPO
PROJECT FOREMAN
Eduardo was born in Colombia and began working in the hardwood flooring industry over 20 years ago before transitioning to remodeling homes. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and patience, he guarantees that every project he undertakes is finished efficiently. Eduardo always maintains a positive attitude, making him a pleasure to collaborate with. His main goal is to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with their home building experience.
